Who: Children currently at Primary School: Reception-Year 6

Cost: £2 per session or £5 for all 3

(we do not wish cost to be a problem for any child attending so please get in touch if needed)

• Name & Date of Birth of your child
• Are they a boy/girl & year at School
• Name of the parent/guardian
• A contact number
• Which days you would like them to attend

You will receive an email to confirm your child’s place & then an additional form will be sent to fill in with further details.
