Bible Study Groups
Our small groups and Bible studies provide a relaxed, informal space to slow down, build friendships, and explore the scriptures together. Meeting in homes during the week, these gatherings are a place to ask questions, pray, and support one another through the ups and downs of everyday life.
Whether you are new to the Bible or have studied it for years, we believe there is always fresh revelation waiting to be discovered. We welcome you to join the conversation and explore what faith means for us today in a thoughtful, honest, and supportive setting. Come along and see what it’s like—there is a place for everyone.
Baby & Toddler
Toys, snacks, and plenty of space to explore! Each week we bring the Bible to life with an interactive story and plenty of singing. It’s a joyful time where little ones can find their voice and grown-ups can find a friendly community.
Open Door Coffee Morning
A friendly chance to drop in, enjoy a good cup of coffee (or tea - yes, we have oat milk), and catch up with others. Often there’s a quiz on offer, and we hear a ‘Thought for the Day’ somewhere along the way. Whether you’re new to the area or just fancy a chat, it’s an easy way to connect and relax. Come along when you can, we’ve got the kettle on.
Youth
A space for young people (ages 11-18) to be themselves, make friends, and explore life and faith in a way that’s real and current. With a mix of fun, conversation, and mentorship, it’s all about creating a place where young people feel at home. New faces are always welcome - we don’t bite ;)
Lunch Club
Previously set up by people in the church, and taking place in our old church hall, Lunch Club now happens in St Edith’s Hall, catered for by a wonderful rota of local volunteers. A warm meal shared together, offering great food and wonderful company. It’s a great way to meet others, enjoy conversation, and feel part of the community. Looking after what we’ve been given
God has blessed us with so much - from our church buildings and grounds here in Kemsing and Woodlands, to the practical resources we use every week. Looking after what we’ve been given, wisely stewarding all these things takes a real variety of gifts and interests. There are all sorts of ways to play a part. Some people love getting their hands dirty with practical jobs like weeding, gardening, or keeping our spaces welcoming, while others help with maintaining our historic buildings or managing our day-to-day resources. You might like to explore the Eco Church initiative, which offers practical ideas for caring for creation as a church community. Whatever your skills or interests, there is plenty of room to join in!
